1. About Curauti
- Curauti is a community first autism resource platform for Southeast Asian families.
- The site is currently operated as a personal project by the founder, reachable at curautiteam@gmail.com. There is no incorporated entity behind it yet.
- Curauti may be transferred to a registered Singapore company in the future. If that happens, these terms will be reissued under that entity.
- The site is not a medical service, not a clinic, not a therapy provider, and not a substitute for professional advice.
2. Acceptance
- By visiting curauti.com, you agree to these terms.
- If you submit your email through any form on the site, you also agree to the Privacy Notice.
- These terms apply whether or not you are signed in (when membership accounts exist).
- If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. What you can do
- Read all public pages, free of charge.
- Subscribe to articles, the First Weeks Guide, or any other free resource we offer.
- Browse the directory, marketplace, and worksheets.
- Share links to any page on social media or in private messages.
- Print or save pages for personal, non commercial use.
- Quote up to 50 words from any page with attribution to Curauti.
4. What you cannot do
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site (more than a single quote of fewer than 50 words) without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, or download bulk content without our written permission.
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person, practitioner, or creator listed.
- Submit false information through any form, including impersonating someone else.
- Attempt to bypass technical or access controls on the site.
- Use the site to send spam or solicit unrelated commerce.
- Impersonate a practitioner, a creator, a Curauti staff member, or the founder.
- Use the AI tools (such as the Growth Snapshot) to generate harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
5. Listed practitioners and creators
- Therapists, schools, support resources, and creators listed in the directory and marketplace are independent third parties. They are not Curauti employees or representatives.
- A separate Listing Agreement governs each listing. Listed parties sign this agreement at the time their listing is added. The Listing Agreement covers verification, conduct, payment terms, and termination. It is separate from these Terms of Use and is provided directly to listed parties.
- Curauti verifies listings on a best effort basis. Verification means we have reviewed credentials and at least one external reference. It does not mean we guarantee professional outcomes, product quality, or the absence of complaints.
- Always verify a practitioner's credentials independently before engaging them. Singapore's Allied Health Professions Council, the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council, and equivalent registries in Indonesia and Thailand are public.
- Curauti is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or therapeutic relationship that you enter into with a listed practitioner or creator.
6. AI tools (the Growth Snapshot)
- The site offers a free Growth Snapshot tool that generates a brief reflection on your child's strengths based on inputs you provide.
- The tool uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate text in response to your inputs.
- Output is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a therapy plan. It is a reflection meant to support a conversation with a qualified professional.
- We do not store the inputs you provide or the outputs you receive. Each session is independent.
- Use of the tool implies acceptance that AI generated output may be imperfect, generic, or occasionally wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not an answer.
- Always consult your child's therapist or a developmental specialist for medical decisions.
7. Medical disclaimer
- Curauti exists for orientation, community, and support, not medical care.
- No content on this site constitutes medical advice.
- No content on this site replaces consultation with a qualified developmental paediatrician, therapist, educator, or other licensed professional.
- Diagnostic, therapy, and educational decisions for your child should be made with qualified professionals who have assessed your child directly.
- If you believe your child needs urgent medical attention, contact emergency services in your country immediately.
8. Intellectual property
- Original Curauti content, including articles, layouts, copy, the brand name, and the lemniscate brand mark, is owned by Curauti.
- Third party content on the site is governed by the licenses of those parties. This includes stock photographs (used under Pexels' license terms) and any contributor articles (governed by their author's terms).
- Output from the Growth Snapshot tool is generated by Anthropic's Claude API in response to your inputs. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, that output belongs to Curauti as the API customer. We do not assert any ownership over the reflection you receive through the Growth Snapshot. You are free to keep, share, or use the output however you wish, for example sharing it with your child's therapist.
- The name "Curauti" and the lemniscate brand mark are reserved by us.
- You may quote up to 50 words from any page with attribution. Use beyond that requires our written permission.
9. Limitations of liability
- The site is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any specific use.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
- We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by listed practitioners, creators, or any third party you engage through the site.
- Our total liability, if any, is limited to SGD 50 or the amount you have paid for use of the site in the 12 months prior to a claim, whichever is greater.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under Singapore law (such as gross negligence, fraud, or death and personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Curauti and its founder against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights through the site.
11. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the site evolves.
- The "Last updated" date at the top changes when we revise.
- Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the revised terms.
- For material changes (new monetization, new types of data collection, transfer of operation to a new entity), we will email subscribers and post a notice on the homepage.
12. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at curautiteam@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it through good faith discussion.
- If discussion fails, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
